The Dodgers have announced their Minor League coaching staffs for the 2021 season, with Travis Barbary (Oklahoma City), Scott Hennessey (Tulsa), Austin Chubb (Great Lakes), John Shoemaker (Rancho Cucamonga), Danny Dorn (AZL Dodgers), Jair Fernandez and Cordell Hipolito (DSL Dodgers) all returning to lead their respective clubs.

In 2019, the Dodgers bolstered one of the Major Leagues’ best systems, recording a .556 winning percentage (488-390) and earning five minor league playoff berths. Last season, former Dodger farmhands Tony Gonsolin and Dustin May finished in the top five for National League Rookie of the Year, while Keibert Ruiz, Victor Gonzalez, Mitch White, and Zach McKinstry all made their Major League debuts. Gonsolin and the Dodgers received top honors from Baseball America as he was named Rookie Pitcher of the Year, and the Dodgers were named Organization of the Year.
