Dodgers Digest makes debut – well, sort of

This past off-season has been a rather unusual one for Dodger bloggers. It saw the passing of several long-time sites and the introduction of several new ones – most notably Dodgers Insider, the brainchild of veteran Dodger Thoughts blogger and the Dodgers new Director of Digital and Print Content Jon Weisman.

But in a bold an unprecedented move by the creative minds of long-time bloggers Dustin Nosler (Feelin’ Kinda Blue), Mike Petriello (Mike Scioscia’ s Tragic Illness), Chad Moriyama (ChadMoriyama.com) and Daniel Brim (Blog To The Score), hence the ‘sort of’ thing, a new site was launched on Monday morning called Dodgers Digest and it figures to be a good one.

What makes Dodgers Digest kind of unique is that in addition to the quartet’s long-time blogging experience, exceptional writing skills and baseball knowledge (especially the Dodgers), only Nosler lives in California, and not in Southern California at that – he lives 336 miles from Dodger Stadium in Stockton, CA while Petriello lives in New York, Moriyama in Hawaii and Brim in Massachusetts. If you don’t see the passion for the Dodgers here you are clearly missing the boat.

With the huge collective following from each of their respective former blog sites, Dodgers Digest figures to become an immediate success and a welcome site (pun intended) for those of us who simply cannot get enough of this stuff.

Good Luck guys!
