Coming to the Dodgers are:
AND…
Twenty-eight-year-old right-hander Michael Kopech, a first-round draft pick in 2014 out of Mount Pleasant High School in Mount Pleasant, TX by the Boston Red Sox and traded to the Chicago White Sox in 2016, spent all five of his MLB seasons with the White Sox, with whom he posted a 17-33 record and 4.38 ERA. He missed all of the 2019 season following Tommy John surgery and opted out of the 2020 season due to the pandemic.
Twenty-nine-year-old utility infielder/outfielder Tommy Edman, a sixth-round draft pick in 2016 out of Stanford, spent all five of his MLB seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals, with whom he posted a slash line of .265/.319/.408/.726 with 53 home runs and 222 RBIs.
Twenty-eight-year-old utility infielder/outfielder Amed Rosario returns to the Dodgers owning a career slash line of .275/.310/.401/.711 with 62 home runs and 360 RBIs. three of those home runs and 18 of those RBIs were with the Dodgers, with whom he played 48 games to finish the 2023 season.

In his five Minor League seasons down on the Dodgers farm, 27-year-old right-handed reliever Michael Flynn posted a 19-14 record with a 5.15 ERA over his combined 293.2 innings of work, having surrendered 183 runs and 24 home runs.

While these certainly aren’t the blockbuster moves that Dodgers President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman is famous for, he is famous for pulling off some of the biggest blockbuster moves with only minutes (or seconds) to go before the trade deadline bell rings.
Stay tuned…

The acquisitions of Edman and Rosario lead me to believe the Dodgers are not optimistic about the return of Muncy, Rojas, and Taylor.
It will be interesting to see how Edman fits into the lineup. I will not be surprised if becomes the regular CF’er with Pages platooning with Heyward in RF and Teo Hernandez the permanent LF’er. Amed continues to hit southpaws very well and could be the third baseman, or platoon with Lux at second base. I think we will know better at the end of the day.
Very good points. I think edman if he’s ready will be given a great shot in CF.
Rosario should have been resigned last yr instead of Kiki.
Flaherty could be huge.
How bout Wrebloski the lefty
Going to the pen. He has great stuff.
Could be a real good reliever.
Starting rotation
Glasnow
Kershaw
Flaherty
Stone
Ryan
Knack
I’m on board with your thought about Wrobleski to the BP
I am surprised how little we gave up to get Flaherty. I thought we would have to give up at least one of our young pitchers. Ryan, Knack, or Wrobs.
I agree, Tigers not getting a pitcher as part of the deal is strange. Even if it was a lower level guy who might be a reliever — pitching is so important, hard to figure out the Tigers thinking
