The Dodgers will open its regular season home schedule tomorrow in the first of four games against the St. Louis Cardinals at Dodger Stadium as part of Opening Week, presented by Bank of America. The Boys in Blue began the 2024 campaign internationally by splitting two games against the San Diego Padres in Seoul, South Korea. Tickets are available for all seven games of the home stand and can be purchased at Dodgers.com/Tickets.
Fans are in for a spectacular, star-studded event on Opening Day, presented by Bank of America, perfectly fit for the City of Angels. Grammy-nominated artist Josh Groban will sing the national anthem, accompanied by a flyover from a KC-135 from March Air Reserve Base and three F15s from Fresno Air National Guard Base. Special guests will say the iconic “It’s Time for Dodger Baseball” ahead of the 1:10 p.m. start. Fans are encouraged to get to their seats early for additional fun pregame elements.
Friday night’s matchup against St. Louis will feature the first of 10 drone shows, sponsored by Budweiser. The popular light spectacular is back for a second season and promises to dazzle fans all year long with different themes and musical accompaniments. It will mix in with multiple Friday Night Fireworks shows, presented by General Mills, throughout the season. The first 40,000 fans to enter stadium gates ahead of Saturday’s 6:10 p.m. game will receive a Freddie Freeman bobblehead, presented by Bank of America, before the series concludes on Sunday with a 4:10 p.m. start.
The San Francisco Giants make their first trip down to Southern California for a three-game set as the calendar turns to April. Those in attendance for Monday’s 7:10 p.m. contest will receive a gray Fernando Valenzuela jersey, presented by Bank of America, before the organization celebrates Healthcare Appreciation Night on Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. Fans who purchased a special ticket pack will receive a blue, quilted vest. The seven-game home stand will wrap up on Wednesday with a 7:10 p.m. start as those in attendance will gear up for cool evenings at Dodger Stadium with a zip up hoodie promotion, presented by Bank of America.
The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) in-stadium fundraising is back for the 2024 season. Fans can support LADF by purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket (from sellers located throughout the stadium in pink aprons), buying an item at the LADF Homebase, bidding on autographed memorabilia by Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts, and more at Dodgers.com/Auctions, or getting a personalized ribbon board message at Dodgers.com/ribbonboards. Proceeds benefit LADF as it tackles the most pressing problems facing Los Angeles with a mission to improve education, health care, homelessness and social justice for all Angelenos.
Auto and stadium gates open at 10:00 a.m. today and the Dodgers encourage fans to arrive early, with pregame ceremonies starting at 12:30 p.m. The free Dodger Stadium Express will start operating at 11:10 a.m. from Union Station and 11:10 a.m. from the South Bay Harbor Gateway Transit Center.
