by Ron Cervenka As the 2022 off-season painfully drags on, today, December 21, 2022, is a milestone of sorts. It means that Opening Day 2023 is now officially under 100 days away for the Dodgers – 99, to be exact.
That’s the good news … sort of.
The not-so-good news is that the Dodgers have been among the least active teams in all of baseball and certainly in the National League West to this point this off-season.

Oh sure, you can certainly argue that re-signing future Hall of Fame left-hander Clayton Kershaw, acquiring right-hander Noah Syndergaard, acquiring second baseman Yonny Hernández, and even signing veteran outfielder Jason Heyward (to a minor league contract) are significant moves made by Dodgers President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman. But with Opening Day now officially less than 100 days away until (presumably) Kershaw’s first pitch of the Dodgers 2023 season, it’s hard to argue that the Dodgers have not been out-off-seasoned (you know what I mean) by the San Diego Padres and the San Francisco Giants, and perhaps even by the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies … at least to this point.
All of this being said, and as every Dodgers fan on the planet knows, there is no one better at the off-season-game (you know what I mean) than Andrew Friedman … at least to this point.

Correa just proved yet again what an unprofessional asshole he is.
You’re either a man if your word or you’re not. As 2017 has proven he is not. He’s a cheater.
A team wanting to discuss medical concerns when about to agree to a THREE HUNDRED MILLION PLUS dollar contract is entirely reasonable. Glad he won’t be in the NL West. J
Now Correa will be booed in LA AND San Francisco (and hopefully most other cities).
