Dodgers rookie right-hander Brusdar Graterol, the twenty-two-year-old Calabozo, Venezuela native and Dodgers phenom, is loved by fans. He is affectionately referred to by many as “Bazooka” due to his 6′-1″ / 265-pound frame and the stuff he throws to batters. Pure filth.
Graterol joined the Dodgers on February 10, 2020, as part of the Kenta Maeda trade with the Minnesota Twins. He has an outgoing personality both on and off the mound.
During the Dodgers virtual holiday party in December of last year, Graterol announced to SportsNet LA‘s Alanna Rizzo that he and his fiance Allison Landa were planning to get married on January 22, 2021, which they did. A TikTok video of the memorable day was posted on January 23, showing the ceremony’s layout and Brusdar’s and Allison’s first kiss as husband and wife. On Sunday morning, the Dodgers posted this photo on Twitter:
Best Wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Graterol. What a great way to start the new year!
