Major League Baseball has announced its preliminary schedule for the 2020 season, including the All-Star Game presented by Mastercard, which takes place Tuesday, July 14 at Dodger Stadium.
The 2020 season promises to be a special one at Dodger Stadium, with the team hosting All-Star Week festivities, unveiling the latest round of renovations highlighted by the new Centerfield Plaza and the dedication of a Sandy Koufax Statue.
Los Angeles will host the San Francisco Giants on Thursday, March 26 in its season-opener, join Major League Baseball in celebrating Jackie Robinson Day on April 15 at its home game against the St. Louis Cardinals and ring in Independence Day on July 4 at Dodger Stadium vs. the Miami Marlins.
The Dodgers will play the Angels in a pair of two-game Freeway Series, July 10-11 in Anaheim and Aug. 25-26 at Dodger Stadium, and take on the American League Central in their other Interleague matchups: Home games against the Minnesota Twins (April 28-29), Cleveland Indians (May 22-24) and Detroit Tigers (June 19-21), and road games vs. the Kansas City Royals (May 15-17), Twins (July 28-29) and Chicago White Sox (Sept. 8-10).
