The Dodgers have announced their promotional schedule and unveiled the team’s season tickets options for the 2019 season. A total of 53 games will feature a promotion or event (full special event calendar to be announced at a later date), starting with the Dodgers’ nationally-televised Opening Day game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday, March 28 at 1:10 p.m.
In addition to hosting marquee match-ups against the Yankees, Cubs, Giants and Angels, the Dodgers’ home schedule will feature 12 bobblehead giveaway dates, the return of Friday Night Fireworks, the annual Alumni Game (June 1 vs. Phillies), and Kids Run the Bases following most Sunday home games. Dodger Stadium will be the place to be during the summer holidays in 2019, and the team will have themed events or promotions with home games on Mother’s Day (May 12 vs. Nationals), Memorial Day (May 27 vs. Mets), Father’s Day (June 16 vs. Cubs), Independence Day (July 4 vs. Padres) and Labor Day (Sept. 2 vs. Rockies). The Dodgers will also join Major League Baseball in celebrating Jackie Robinson Day on April 15, when they will give away a No. 42 Robinson jersey and host the Cincinnati Reds.
