The Dodgers have selected the contract of right-handed reliever Chin-hui Tsao from Triple-A Oklahoma City and optioned right-hander Mike Bolsinger to OKC.
Tsao has gone 1-1 with six saves and a 3.31 ERA (6 ER/16.1 IP) at Triple-A, including a run of 8.1 consecutive scoreless innings in his last eight games since April 29. The 34-year-old native of Taiwan made five appearances for the Dodgers last year, going 1-1 with a 10.29 ERA (8 ER/7.0 IP), and has a 5-5 record with a 5.76 ERA in 55 big league games (eight starts) with the Rockies (2003-05) and Dodgers (2007, 2015).
Bolsinger was reinstated from the disabled list yesterday and took the loss in the Dodgers’ 8-1 defeat last night in Anaheim, allowing three runs on seven hits in 4.1 innings in his 2016 debut.

VERY disappointing move to this 60+ year Dodgers fan who believes character matters. Hope he gets lit-up every pitch he throws.
This from Twitter:
Bill Plunkett @billplunkettocr – Roberts indicated Chin Hui Tsao prob just here for tonight’s game. #Dodgers will go back to 12-man pitching staff Fri. Back in NL ballparks.
THANK YOU!
I hope Tsao has come back at the right time.
